We back companies based in the Islands and seek attractive real estate we can strengthen through repositioning or redevelopment, or that adds strategic value to our portfolio companies. To diversify and balance risk, we also commit capital selectively and prudently to markets beyond Hawai‘i.

We have established durable operating-company platforms in chosen sectors, including logistics and distribution, construction and building services, and business services. We also invest across real estate asset classes and land uses as owners, developers, and, at times, providers of financing; much of our focus is on ground-up development and value-add opportunities.
